The Hostel's full year fee for 2018 is $9,975 which includes  3 meals per day, unlimited Internet and off-road car parking!

Payment information

The hostel offers a range of payment options to best suit your needs:

• Upon receiving Notification of Preliminary Acceptance:
• A $100 student placement fee is due within 7 days. 
• An $900 deposit fee serves as confirmation of your acceptance, and is to be paid no later than 20th October. For applications made after this date payment is due within 7 days. 
• The remainder of the annual fee is to be paid in advance, in either Annual, Tri-Annually, Monthly or Weekly instalments.
• Save time and money by paying Annually.
  - Pay your full year Board by 20th January and receive a $250 discount!

• Please note:
• If you change your mind about staying at the Hostel , your deposit payment is fully refundable until the 27th of January, after this date it will only be refunded if the room is reassigned.
• The Student Placement fee is non-refundable.
  
  

Included in your student accommodation fee

• Full board for the tertiary year
• Fully catered evening meal

• Hostel provided linen and 2 towels, laundered free of charge

Hostel self-catering flat

The Hostel's full year fee for the Self-Catering Flat for 2018 is $6,100.  The flat has been established to cater for students who have special dietary requirements that we cannot cater for in the hostel, such as lactose intolerance, gluten free or vegetarian requirements. 

• Upon receiving Notification of Preliminary Acceptance:
• A $100 student placement fee is due within 7 days. 
• An $510 deposit fee serves as confirmation of your acceptance, and is to be paid no later than 20th October. For applications made after this date payment is due within 7 days. 

• The remainder of the annual fee is to be paid in advance, in either Annual, Tri-Annually, Monthly or Weekly instalments.

 Preliminary acceptance & confirmation

Confirming your position at the Baptist Student Hostel is a simple process.

Step 1: Make your application now ...
To kick the process off, we first need to receive (i) your online application and (ii) submissions by your two referees.

Step 2: Notification of Preliminary Acceptance.
We will be in touch in due course to advise whether your application has been accepted on a preliminary basis. 

Step 3:  Pay Deposit to confirm your position at the Hostel. 
Only after your deposit is received, is your accommodation confirmed.
